Faith Delgado

Communications & Development Specialist

Faith is passionate about education and working with underserved communities. She began her career working in an after-school program that provided academic and social emotional support to low income students. She continued working in education with a drive to help make schools a more equitable space for all backgrounds and abilities. As an elementary teacher, she focused on the importance of trauma informed teaching as well as helping struggling learners feel confident and excited about school. She is eager to continue that mission with The Shadow Project! Faith holds a master of arts in Education from UC Santa Cruz.
