Randy Smith has over 20 years experience in managing the learning and development function and 18 years experience working in financial services. 

Before Randy arrived at OnPoint four years ago, he worked at KeyBank and Umpqua Bank, holding multiple positions as Senior Training Manager, Talent Development Manager, and Senior Learning Consultant. 

Randy has a BA in Communication from Cal State University, Chico, and a Master’s of Science in Communication Studies from Portland State, with an emphasis in training, curriculum design and organizational development.
